Erin the Designer

My life as a designer started in the year 2000 when I began attending vocational school for commercial art. From then on, I have been eager to educate myself and practice my craft. After a couple years at the local newspaper and a few more years at a small design studio, I am hoping to spread my wings even further by freelancing exclusively.

I like to promote what I do as “Ideas + Design” because to truly be successful in this industry, it takes so much more than a mouse and some software to make pretty pictures. The though process behind a designer’s actions is their most powerful characteristic.

Erin the Person

I have been a Dayton native my entire life, other than a brief stint in Pittsburgh to attend college. My interests include reading, drawing, playing guitar, archery, and rock climbing. Most of the time you’ll find me in front of the computer learning something new or enjoying some great food or coffee with my husband in the back yard.
